The company manages the website https://richmee.com including the mobile application RichMee and the web based application (the website).
This privacy policy is the part of the Terms and Conditions. All terms defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning used here in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy statement shall apply to all Users who visit and access Company's Website. The Users unconditionally agree that browsing the Website and/or using its services signifies their unconditional assent to this Privacy Policy. We respect the privacy of it's Users and is committed to protect it in all respects. Any dispute with Company over privacy matters are subject to this Privacy Policy read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions.
1. Personal Information
This Privacy Policy is published in compliance of:
i. Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000; and

Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the "SPI Rules") "Personal Information" and "Sensitive personal data or information" shall be as defined under the SPI Rules. The information about the Users as collected by Company is:

2. COOKIES

We use Google Analytics among others, to track the User Behaviour and derive product related insight for our Website/Mobile application in order to facilitate better services to the respective User. We take utmost care our user's Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal information and we share user's personal information with our employees and third-party facilities providers on strictly on a "need to know" basis hence we take all such steps to ensure that electronic records are valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended from time to time and notifications and rules framed thereunder.

10.Retention of Data
As Per PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002) guidelines and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 records need to be maintain for a period of up to 10 years from the closer / deletion of account. In the event of any legal / regulatory proceeding is the pending we can retain records for a longer period as may be asked by regulatory / statutory staturities authorities.
RichMee may keep its records of the Electronic Instructions/transactions in any form as permitted under applicable Laws. In this regard, all records, whether in electronic form, magnetic form, documents or any other form with respect to Electronic Instructions/online transactions shall be conclusive evidence of such instructions/transactions and shall be binding on the User (jointly and severally, in case the mode of holding is 'Anyone or Survivor'). The User shall not request/demand any evidence or proof for the transactions undertaken through the internet and the audit trail of the log-in would be conclusive proof to establish the bona fides of the transactions. In the event of any dispute, RichMee records shall be binding as conclusive evidence of the transactions carried out through the electronic mode.
11.INFORMATION SECURITY
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. All information gathered on Company is securely stored within the Company controlled database. The database is stored on servers secured behind a firewall; access to the servers is password-protected and is strictly limited. However, as effective as our security measures are, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the internet. And, of course, any information you include in a posting to the discussion areas is available to anyone with internet access. However the internet is an ever evolving medium. 12. Sharing And Disclosure Of Personal Information

Moreover, we will also not expose your private information to any other third parties except as referred to in the Terms of Use section and also to service providers that:

c. Conforms to some lawful requirements or abide by judicial process

When you prefer to close your account from the website, your personal information and data will be permanently deleted from our servers and in the future accessing or reopening your account will not be possible. The company website will quickly unplug any connection or link that has accepted your connected account, and it results in deleting all the personal information that is being linked to the account.
